About Synovia Solutions

Don’t ask. Know.

Synovia Solutions’ Mission Statement

Synovia’s mission is to sustain a passion for developing world-class software in fleet management, sell it at a level unequaled anywhere, develop customer satisfaction that is best in breed, and maintain a passionate employee base who view this not as a job, but as an adventure.

THE EXPERIENCE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Today Synovia empowers more than 1,000 fleets across North America to operate safer, smarter and more efficiently.

While we have been recognized with many awards for our fleet solutions for student transportation, we are also trusted by scores of fleets managed by other public sector agencies as well as commercial fleets.

We’ve developed a redaction engine for law enforcement fleets that helps protects officers, witnesses and informants and we’ve integrated into Esri platforms that allow snowplow fleets to keep vital roads clear during snow emergencies.

We’ve helped a customer in Louisiana battle mosquito infestations more efficiently and we help a Texas city fleet ensure its employees are maintaining safe speeds on lonely desert roads.

We responded to the pandemic in 2020 by rolling out a contact tracing feature via our Bus Guardian tablet and worked with scores of customers to integrate a hygiene verification checklist into their trip inspection module.

Interested in working at Synovia?

We’re always looking for smart, talented people to join our team.

A COMMITMENT TO INNOVATION

Our focus is always on the customer and in innovating to provide superior software that helps fleet professionals improve performance.

Our integration with law enforcement computer-aided dispatch systems and our GPS-trigger for school bus stop-arm violators are two recent innovations that positions Synovia at the vanguard of GPS fleet tracking technology.

Synovia delivers robust, reliable hardware coupled with intuitive and flexible software that communicates with your other systems to deliver value beyond your fleet operations.
